Hard drives hold your operating system, programs, personal files, photos;
basically anything you put on your computer.

There are currently two hard drive sizes: 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch.

2.5 inch drives are mainly used in laptops and small desktops.
3.5 inch drives are used in desktops and servers.
